What to Expect in Class

Each class is 60-minutes and follows a structured flow that keeps kids moving, learning, and building skills week after week.

Warm-Up + Get Moving
Kids get a few minutes of supervised movement before class, then begin with an active group warm-up.

Rotating Obstacle Stations
Students split into groups and rotate through multiple stations focused on obstacles, techniques, movement challenges, and skill progression.

Obstacle Flow + Skill Work
Each station follows a structured obstacle flow so kids stay active, build techniques, and spend less time waiting.

Progression + Coaching 
Coaches guide students with encouragement, instruction, and goals that match their current level.

Mixed-Level/ Age Support 

Our Warrior Classes are designed to support a wide range of ages, personalities, experience levels, and goals within the same class environment.
 

Rather than separating kids strictly by age, coaches organize students into smaller training groups based on experience level, skill development, and coaching fit.

How Kids Keep Progressing

Our classes follow a rotating 6-week skill cycle, so kids keep building new techniques while continuing to grow through the year.

Rotating Skill Cycles
Every 6 weeks, classes shift to new obstacle focuses and techniques, keeping the program fresh, challenging, and fun.

Achievement Tracking
Students track personal progress through achievement sheets that help them clearly see what they’ve accomplished and what they’re working toward next.

Class Schedule

Choose the class day that works best for your family.
Members can reserve the same class weekly or switch days based on availability.

Weekday Classes​

  • Monday — 5:15 PM and 6:30 PM

  • Tuesday — 5:15 PM and 6:30 PM

  • Wednesday — 5:15 PM

  • Thursday — 5:15 PM and 6:30 PM

Saturday Classes

  • Saturday — 10:00 AM ​

How Membership Scheduling Works​

​Once your membership begins, you’ll be able to reserve classes through our Ninja Class Calendar.

Families can:

✔ attend additional classes with upgraded memberships
