What to Expect in Class
Each class follows a simple, structured flow that kids get familiar with over time:
Warped Wall Runs
Kids build confidence right away—running and reaching for height goals that grow with them
Obstacle Course Training
A guided course that stays consistent for six weeks so kids learn, improve, and succeed
Strength + Skill Station
Upper body work like rings or monkey bars—introduced in a way young kids can feel successful with
Finish with Fun
A fast-paced foam pit run that keeps things exciting and ends class on a high note
