We’ve built the class to support, guide, and encourage kids at every stage of their journey.

What to Expect in Class

Each class follows a simple, structured flow that kids get familiar with over time:

Warped Wall Runs
Kids work on running, jumping, and reaching through fun height-based challenges that grow with them over time.

Obstacle Course Training
A guided obstacle course that stays consistent during each training cycle so kids can learn, improve, and feel successful.

Strength + Skill Station
Upper body work like rings or monkey bars—introduced in a way young kids can feel successful with

Finish with Fun
A fast-paced foam pit run that keeps things exciting and ends class on a high note

Program Details

Structured 6-Week Training Cycles

Our curriculum rotates every 6 weeks with new obstacle focuses, movement challenges, and progression goals to keep classes engaging and fresh year-round.​

30-Minute Classes

Designed specifically for ages 3–5 with the right balance of movement, structure, coaching, and fun.

 

​Optional Awards/ Course Run Days

​Little Warriors can participate in fun, low-pressure celebration days throughout the year that recognize effort, participation, and progress.

Class Schedule

Choose the class day that works best for your family.
Members can reserve the same class weekly or switch days based on availability.

Weekday Classes​

  • Monday — 4:30 PM and 5:45 PM

  • Tuesday — 5:45 PM

  • Wednesday — 4:30 PM and 5:45 PM

  • Thursday — 5:45 PM

Saturday Classes

  • Saturday — 10:30 AM and 11:15 AM​

How Membership Scheduling Works​

​Once your membership begins, you’ll be able to reserve classes through our Ninja Class Calendar.

Families can:

✔ reserve classes ahead of time
✔ keep the same weekly class
✔ switch days when needed
✔ attend additional classes with upgraded memberships
