Test and Race nights are Wednesday 6:15pm Jan 26th and Feb 9th. Color-Coded Wristband Skills and Race night provides an opportunity for your child to earn different colored wristbands based on their individual skill level. This is also a tremendous help during weekly classes as coaches can easily see your child's skill level and provide the next level of training.

ALL workouts are for beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. After every warmup, scaling options are discussed to progress from your current abilities.
