  • Wristband Skills Night's

    Test nights are Wednesday 6:15pm Oct. 13th and 27th. Color Coded Wristband Skills provides an opportunity for your child to earn different colored wristbands based on their individual skill level. This is not a competition. Much like Karate belts as their skills grow they will earn another Color wristband! This also is a tremendous help during weekly classes as coaches can easily see what skill level your child is at and provide the next level of training to keep them moving forward.

    YES! We are now a CrossFit affiliate. CrossFit MT is our affiliate name and our programming and Coaches are there to scale WOD's to your current skill and fitness level.
