  • Wristband Skills Night's

    Test nights are Wednesday 6:15pm Dec 1st and 15th. Color Coded Wristband Skills provides an opportunity for your child to earn different colored wristbands based on their individual skill level. This is not a competition. Much like Karate belts as their skills grow they will earn another Color wristband! This also is a tremendous help during weekly classes as coaches can easily see what skill level your child is at and provide the next level of training to keep them moving forward.

  • Parent CrossFit classes

    YES! We are now a CrossFit affiliate. CrossFit MT is our affiliate name and our programming and Coaches are there to scale WOD's to your current skill and fitness level.
