REFUND, CANCELATION, AND PRIVACY TERMS

This website is owned and operated by Movement Terrain LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by Movement Terrain LLC. This website offers visitors online tickets, bookings, and sessions. By accessing or using our services website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
No refunds or transfers for open gym or nerf wars. No refunds for Warrior sessions, but transfers will be granted if space allows. No refunds for party deposits, but transfers will be allowed with a NO later than ten days' notice before your booked party. Please call 413-348-9646 for party transfers. Refunds or pro-rated refunds can only be processed if Movement Terrain cancels.

We do not sell your info. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website. In addition, we collect email addresses and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, and communications)
